Hospitality Supervision and Leadership Diploma Level 3 at Gloucestershire College
This course is designed to give you realistic experience of working as a supervisor within the hospitality industry.
You will be working alongside other student groups and lecturers and you will have a very flexible timetable to give you the chance to be a real supervisor.

The qualifications you will study are the City and Guilds Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Food Preparation and Cooking (General) and either functional skills or GCSE qualifications in English and Maths.
The assessment on this course will be through a mixture of written assessments, practical tasks and short answer tests.
