Intermediate Apprenticeship Customer Service

This is a work based programme

This programme will provide you with the skills required to provide a high level of customer service and customer satisfaction in a variety of industries.

You will receive fortnightly visits from an Assessor to support you through vocational training. 

  • QCF certificate in Customer Service Level 2
  •  Technical Certificate in Customer Service Level 2
  •  Functional Skills Level 1 English
  •  Functional Skills Level 1 Mathematics *
  • ERR Workbook

Ideal for Individuals who wish to pursue a career in delivering and maintaining customer care. Individuals must enjoy dealing with people. assessment will take place in the workplace by an Assessor who will visit you every two weeks carry out observations and support you in compiling a portfolio of evidence.

Apprenticeship Wage Rates:

16-18 year olds: £2.65 per hour

19 + £2.65 per hour (first year of apprenticeship)

19+ £4.98 per hour (2nd year of apprenticeship)

Future opportunities

Sustainable employment and / or continue onto Level 3 qualification (Advanced Apprenticeship)
