Business A Level at Paddington Academy

Course description

The A-level Business Studies course offers students a broad introduction to the business world, covering enterprise, business finance, product development, international business and strategic decision making. Throughout the course, students are required to apply this theory to real businesses, investigating their successes and failures. Students who have studied business at GCSE will be well placed to take on the challenge of A-level, but those with GCSE’s in a wide range of other subjects will find their skills relevant and useful. Many students who complete business at A-level go on to study the subject at University, while others put their business knowledge and skills to use in the world of work.
