Customer Service - Advaned Apprenticeship Level 3 (EAOP) at Intraining (Sale)
Your daily duties will include ensuring excellent customer service is used when dealing with customers, work colleagues and internal and external organisations. You may also be responsible for supervision of staff members. Intraining will deliver a Level
3 Apprenticeship in Customer Service via work based learning, along with relevant Key Skills and Technical Certificate. The duration of the apprenticeship will be a minimum of 12 months and full training will be provided by the employer.
GCSE grades A*-F and a Level 2 qualification in Customer Service.
