Carpentry & Joinery Level 2/3 Apprenticeship at Lambeth College
The Intermediate Level 2 Site Carpentry and Joinery Apprenticeship is designed to develop your practical hand skills and technical knowledge required to work
in the construction industry as a professional and competent site carpenter.
The Advanced Level 3 Site Carpentry and Joinery Apprenticeship is aimed to further develop skills in carpentry and joinery. You will also increase your knowledge
and skills to enable you to work at a supervisory level.
Please note: You must be employed and working a minimum of 30 hours a week in order to apply for an apprenticeship.
Entry age: 16+.
All candidates need to have attained employment, and be working for a minimum of 30 hours per week under a contract of employment.
There is a minimum literacy and numeracy requirement which will be assessed prior to enrolment.
An Employer Agreement is needed as this is a work-based qualification.
Your offer is also subject to a successful interview.
Level 3 – 5 GCSE qualifications at grades A* to D including English and Maths or
have completed an intermediate apprenticeship
Level 2 – 3 GCSE qualifications at grades E or above including English and Maths
