Interior Systems (Dry Lining Finisher) Level 2 Apprenticeship at Northumberland College
This course is for anyone who is employed in the dry lining industry who would like to develop their skills and knowledge and gain a qualification.
You will study units including health and safety, mefficient working practices, basic scaffolding, erecting metal partitions, fixing plasterboards, encasing services, safe use of power and hand tools and Functional Skills at Level 1 in Literacy and Numeracy.
You should have two GCSEs at grade D, or a relevant level 1 qualification and be employed in the industry.
Your progress will be assessed by written and practical tests within college and a final online multiple choice test.
After successfully completing the course you could progress onto the Level 3 Interior Systems Occupational Work Supervision.
