Identifying a suitable geographical question or hypothesis for investigation. Developing a plan and strategy for conducting the investigation. Collecting and recording appropriate data.
Presenting the data collected in appropriate forms. Analysing and interpreting the data.
Each unit of the course is assessed through examination.
With A level Geography you have access to a wide range of possible careers and higher education opportunities. You may go on to study at university in areas such as Law, Accountancy, Journalism and Environmental Sciences.
It can be combined with almost any AS or A level subjects ranging from Humanities such as English to Sciences such as Biology.
