Management Advanced Apprenticeship at Weston College

Course description

The five mandatory units develop skills in innovation and process, operational plans, working relationships and health and safety. Other units may include: provide leadership and direction for own area of responsibility, know how to follow disciplinary procedures, recruit staff in own area of responsibility, build support and manage a team, Implement change in own area of responsibility.

Entry requirements

In order to do an advanced apprenticeship you must have an employer to support you. We have a number of vacancies available every week and are able to help you find an employer. In some cases you will be required to have completed the intermediate apprenticeship before you move onto the advanced level. You will also need a good level of english, math and IT.

Assessment

We will assess your practical skills and observe you at work. Your personal assessor will visit you at your workplace to review your progress and make sure you are on target to get your qualifications.

More senior management positions.
