Entry requirements

No prior knowledge of accounting is necessary. Students must have at least a B in GCSE Mathematics

Assessment

There are 4 equally weighted units, all of which are external examination. Two are examined at the end of Y1, and two at the end of the second year.

Who is the course for?

Students who are studying a range of level 3 qualifications, and wish to add a further dimension to their studies. It combines particularly well with Business and ICT but also provides a firm foundation for those who are not studying these subjects, but may want to study or work in accountancy in the future.
