To develop your ability to view concepts, skills and situations from a wide standpoint, to enable you to get together the knowledge and skills you have already acquired in interrelated ways and to develop your awareness of contemporary issues.
Pathway 1: For 4 AS Levels & General Studies ? 6 or more A*-C at GCSE with at least a grade B in the 4 subjects chosen to study. ? Pathway 2: For 3 AS Levels & General Studies ? 6 A*-C at GCSE with at least a grade B in the 3 subjects chosen to study
This course involves many different topics from a range of subjects and could be taken to complement an AS and A2 GCE, which could lead to higher education in a range of subjects. This qualification can often play an important factor in securing a place in a higher education institution. You could go straight into a job as the AS GCE is a recognised qualification that will provide a good foundation for entry to employment as it provides you with the basic skills, understanding and knowledge that many employers across lots of industries are looking for.
