Course description

If you are looking for a full time course to allow you to work in the health and fitness industry then look no further! This course is recognised by the fitness industry and is an excellent start to a rewarding career. We will show you how the body operates, how to plan a fitness session in the gym and how to communicate with your clients. All tutors, on the programme, work within the fitness industry and their knowledge will help you on your way to success.

Course content

How to plan and prepare group exercise sessions • How to communicate with and motivate your clients • How to instruct a variety of exercise sessions • Understand the benefits of a balanced diet • How to programme a variety of sessions for a range of clients.

Entry requirements

• You must have 4 GCSEs at grade D or above including maths and English • A desire to succeed • Huge self motivation levels.
