Course description

Whatever career you choose learning another language is useful. Courses will involve reading, vocabulary, grammar and, of course, speaking in your chosen language.

Future opportunities

You could take this course with other advanced level courses in languages such as French, Italian, German, or Chinese to prepare for higher education in Japanese, languages or more general higher education courses. With further training, you could go into a job related to languages such as a Translator, Teacher or you may wish to go and work or study in Japan. The course helps you develop the basic skills, understanding and knowledge that many employers across lots of international industries are looking for.
