Hospitality and Customer Service Level 1 at East Surrey College
This is a general introductory course that covers the different areas of the hospitality industry (e.g. food preparation, servicing rooms, customer service and food service)
The course embeds literacy. The course will include a Functional Skills qualification.
Qualifications at Entry 3 or equivalent
The vocational qualifications are examined through continuous assessment and students will build a portfolio of evidence.
Employment in the hospitality sector or progress onto other courses.
