Course description

During the induction you will learn basic non-clinical skills such as first aid awareness and health and safety awareness. During the main programme you will develop knowledge, skills and understanding of the customer service role and how to maintain standards.

This course covers basic customer service practice such as responding to customer inquiries by telephone, by email and communicating with clients effectively both verbally and in writing. All businesses need good customer service, so this course provides a flexible starting point to enable you to work anywhere, from retail to manufacturing.

Students will achieve a Certificate Level 2 in Customer Service.
