Course description

This qualification is designed to reflect the skills and knowledge of people who are thinking about a career or working in a job, which involves dealing with customers and related activities.

This qualification will provide individuals with an opportunity to get the skills and knowledge needed for a career in customer service or any job which involves dealing with customers.

Course content

Mandatory Units 

Unit 1- Give customers a positive impression of yourself and your organisation. Unit 2 – Deliver reliable customer service. Unit 3 – Develop customer relationship. Unit 4 - Resolve customer problems.

Optional Units 

Unit 5- Support customer service improvement. Unit 6- Develop personal performance through delivering customer service. Unit 7 – Promote additional products or services to customers. Unit 8 – Process customer service information

Assessment

To achieve this full Level 2 Customer Service, a candidate must complete all 4 mandatory and 1 optional units.

Financial information

Level 2 - Fees are £800 for home(EU), £900 for funded students and £1,000 for international students.
