Course description

As a Customer Service Apprentice, your exact duties will depend on your employer. It’s likely that you’ll be working within a team to handle various tasks. You may be liaising with customers by telephone, email or even face to face, it could also involve greeting visitors at reception, or handling queries or complaints, updating customer records etc. This sort of work requires a strong sense of responsibility, accuracy and attention to detail.
