Course description

With the advent of the global marketplace, having a second or even third language can be highly useful for the job-seeking professional, especially in positions that require communication with international clients. Many employers recognise that a person with the ability to speak a second language fluently can be a valuable asset to their company. Knowledge of another language can also demonstrate a capacity to learn and assimilate complex systems of information, a talent that is sure to catch the attention of any human resources department.

 

 

Studying Arabic at Key Stage 5 comprises of a series of reading, writing, translating and researching in Arabic tasks and activities as well as essay writing. The Course involves a number of mandatory general topic areas, for example; youth culture, lifestyle, the world around us, education and employment.

Entry requirements

5 GCSE grades A* - C or equivalent (expected) including Arabic.
