Study Programme at Pertemps People Development Group

Course description

A 30-week programme designed to prepare you for the flexible demands of employment, allowing you the opportunity to develop your English, maths and employability skills.

Course content

Students can build their confidence, develop new skills, secure regonised qualificaitons and progress to further education or employment.

 

Students have the chance to select their own exciting range of study modules and vocational enrichment activities.

Entry requirements

Aged 16 - 18, not in education, employment or training.

Assessment

There are certain elements which may require students to sit an exam. Their skills will be assessed throughout the course and any exams will be arranged when the student and their tutor feel they are ready. There is always the opportunity to re-sit if not successful first time.

Financial information

Each student will be assessed at the beginning of the course to identify if they will be eligible for bursary payments. To allow us to process these applications, students will need to show evidence of household income, includign any benefits students and/or their parents/guardians receive if they currently live with them.

 

Every student will receive support with their travel expenses on Nu-Traxx: Connect to allow them to access our centres. This may include bus fare/passes etc
