Drama and Theatre Studies A Level at Keswick School
A level drama is a combination of practical and theoretical work. You will explore play texts, create practical performance work and study the work of renowned theatre practitioners. You will also visit the theatre to see a range of professional productions.
Previous study of drama is helpful but not essential.
You will be assessed through a combination of performance, group work, written theory and exams.
Drama and theatre studies links well to courses in English literature, art and history. It is a practical and creative subject in its own right.
