This qualification is aimed at anyone wanting to improve their employment prospects, The Introductory Award in Employability and Personal Development is a qualification that helps you develop key personal skills, qualities and attitudes required by employers as well as to help you progress in education. This course is focused primarily on developing basic ICT Skills.

Start times are ongoing throughout the academic year. Each course is preceded by a two-hour induction, during which a tutor will explain how the course works. At this point learners will decide whether to continue. Training is provided within our learning centre in facilitated sessions, with tutor support. Each session lasts for two hours.

Entry requirements

Entry requirements:

You will need a minimum of 4 GCSEs Grade D or above or the Introductory Diploma in Art and Design, plus a keen interest in Art and Design subjects shown in examples of your own work.
