Design & Technology: Textiles Technology AS/A2 Level at Christleton High School

Course description

This course will appeal to both male and female students with an interest in the colour, texture, appearance and uses of fabrics and other textile materials. We love to enrol students who enjoy designing and experimenting with fabric and textile products. It is suitable for students who want a career in the art, design or textile industries or, alternatively, the AS one-year course is ideal for someone to add breadth to the rest of their studies.

Our students are self-motivated and capable of working independently or as part of a team. They need to be able to work within an informal yet supportive structure so that they can tailor the course to their individual needs.
