Customer Service Apprenticeship and Advanced Apprenticeship at Tempdent Dental Recruitment and Training

Course description

•Depending on your funding eligibility you will either work towards a stand alone NVQ or an Apprenticeship (which is the NVQ, keyskills in literacy & numeracy & an online written assessment) •Both programmes are delivered at your workplace via workplace assessments and 1:1s with your assessor •Through these visits and the work that you do you will build up evidence for your portfolio in order to achieve your programme. •Approximate programme length is 12 months apprenticeships. •There are no specific intakes. You can join the programme anytime of the year.

Entry requirements

To be working in an workplace where you are dealing with customer service, this can be an industry; dental, retail or administration.

Future opportunities

Once you have done this course depending on your job role you can always go on to: Team leading- This is for a practising team leader, who has some degree of personal autonomy and responsibility. Management - This is for a practising first line manager/junior manager with responsibility for allocating work to team members, colleagues or contractors.
