Entry requirements

Year one:

  • exploration of drama and theatre
  • theatre text in performance

Year two:

  • exploration of dramatic performance
  • theatre text in context


  • maths at grade four/grade C or above
  • English language at grade four/grade C or above
  • three additional GCSEs at grade C or above
  • a successful audition

Financial information

  •  practical assessment: devising group performance and monologue/duologue: 40%
  • exam: theatre makers in practice eg Stanislavski: 40%
  • coursework: text in performance: 20%
