Course description

Business Studies is a popular subject to study at A-level, providing a valuable academic and work-related qualification whilst also developing useful life skills. It combines well with almost any other subject and it is held in high regards by many universities and employers. Business Studies students will learn not only about business behaviour but also how business organisations are affected by the environment in which they operate.

Entry requirements

Previous study of Business Studies is not a pre-requisite for this A-level. Students should have an interest in today's current business affairs and be prepared to undertake in-depth research into current business issues in their own time. Students must have achieved a minimum of grade B in Mathematics and a grade C in English Language.
