The EDI Level 2 Diploma in Retail Skills is designed for those working in the retail environment. As it is a framework programme, Key skills are also taken into account (life skills that are relevant to the workplace). Your framework details The framework comprises: EDI Level 2 Diploma in Retail Skills. To complete this qualification, candidates must achieve thirty seven credits. A minimum of twenty two credits must be at Level 2 of which eight credits will come from the mandatory unit E19 The remaining credit may be taken from the optional units at Levels 1, 2 or 3 (A, B, C or D). However, a minimum of fourteen credits must come from Groups B and/or C Candidates cannot take more than one Customer Service unit (Group C) Candidates cannot take credit from both Groups A and D
