You will learn about how people behave in the workplace as workers and managers and the influence consumers have on business. You will also gain technical knowledge about how businesses work - producing goods and services, marketing, finance, research and development and the human resources function in any organisation. The course will be taught from the perspective of the individual as a producer and consumer.
