Customer Service Apprenticeship Level 2 at Oxfordshire County Council
The apprenticeship that I do is in the customer service field. Most of the time I am speaking to customers on the telephone helping them find information on highways, registrations, concessionary fares, general enquiries, or dial a ride. I have also done a lot of reception duties as well, which was helpful as you get to know the internal staff. My training is provided through the council’s adult learning team. They take into account what I have achieved in my job and how this ties into my learning.
