Hospitality & Catering Apprenticeship at West Cheshire College
Whether you wish to become a Chef in a large restaurant, or a Restaurant Supervisor, this programme will provide an excellent foundation. You will achieve an NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Hospitality and Catering and develop the skills required to proficiently carry out support functions within a hospitality and catering environment. You will also improve your functional skills in English and maths and gain an understanding of Employment Rights and Responsibilities.
NVQ Level 2/Level 3 Diploma in Hospitality and Catering
The Apprenticeship would suit roles such as Kitchen Commis Chef, Chef in a small organisation or a Bar Tender. The Advanced Apprenticeship would suit roles such as Chef de Partie, Section Chef, a Chef in a large organisation or a Restaurant Supervisor.
You will be continuously assessed throughout the course.
