The Unique Selling Point with this course is that we will tailor the course to individual student’s needs.

Each student will complete the ASDAN Employability Award, however from there the possibilities are endless.

I will sit with students and discuss their future and where they want to be! Then depending on their progression routes we will decide on exactly what they need to achieve to get onto that dream course, apprenticeship or job placement. This could include English, Maths, a Sports course or progression onto a more suitable programme.

I personally will be with students every step of the way, from ringing them in the morning if they need me to be their alarm clock, going to the shops to help them pick out a suit for an interview or attending interviews with Learners.
