IT A-Level at Darwen Aldridge Enterprise Studio
At Darwen Aldridge Enterprise Studio, we understand how important it is that you get the academic qualifications you need to be able to progress into further education or employment. You will therefore study up to four A Levels and/or BTECs in one or more of our three learning pathways: Creative Digital Media, Business & Law or Health, Social & Child Care.
All teaching is in small groups, and learning in the specialist subjects takes place through projects where possible, enabling you to work together with other students and with members of the business community to produce work of a high professional standard.
Alongside traditional A Levels and BTECs, you will also have the opportunity to work towards professional qualifications which are recognised by employers, and which aren’t usually available until the age of 16. These qualifications include accounting, marketing and design courses, together with certificated training in Employability Skills.
