Aftersales/Commercial Advisor Apprenticeship at PSA Peugeot Citroen

Course description

This role is a bespoke apprenticeship to the dealership, combining both our Parts Customer Advisor and Service Customer Advisor apprenticeships together, given you a wider experience and gain knowledge in both specialisms during your apprenticeship. The dealership needs and your exact duties will depend on your employer. However the apprenticeship role is split between both Parts department and Service desks are likely to be equal. It’s likely that you’ll be working within a team or member of staff to handle various tasks within the dealership. This sort of work requires a strong sense of responsibility, accuracy and attention to detail.

Entry requirements

England, Wales and Northern Ireland: 3 GCSEs at A-C, in Maths and English Scotland: 3 Standard Grades at General/Credit level.
