Hospitality and Catering - Advanced Apprenticeship Level 3 (EAOP) at Stockport College Apprenticeships

Course description

This Level 3 Apprenticeship is designed to teach you the most advanced cookery skills and techniques. It will prepare you to work in the highest standard commercial catering operations and covers the concept of effective supervision and management in hospitality and catering establishments. This pathway can lead to restaurant and hotel management as well as event planning and co-ordinating. Stockport College will deliver a Level 3 Catering Apprenticeship via work based learning,weekly day release at College along with relevant Functional Skills and Technical Certificate. The minimum duration of the apprenticeship will be 12 months and full training will be provided by the employer.

Entry requirements

GCSE grades A*-C in English and Maths are required.
