BTEC National Diploma in Health and Social Care at Kajans Hospitality and Catering Studio College

Course description

The BTEC National Diploma course will feature 2 days work experience for all students undertaking it. A key component of the course is also undertaking Core Project work which supports the development of students employability skills.

Course content

Students will study the Edexcel BTEC National Diploma (or extended Diploma) in Hospitality. Further details are available on application.

Entry requirements

Students will be expected to have achieved 5 or more GCSE qualification or equivalent. Please discuss with us directly if you think you may not achieve 5 GCSE's at grade C or above. Equivalent qualification entry is possible.

Assessment

The course is assessed as per Edexcel regulations governing the BTEC National Diploma routes. 

Financial information

If you are 16-19 the course is free. KHCSC is funded by the DFE.

As a result of the personalised and varied curriculum the Studio College offers, a wide range of progression routes is open to students after completing the course including - Further Education, Apprenticeships, University, Employment or starting up your own business.
