Customer Service - Study Programme at LifeSkills

Course description

Do you like to work with or help people? 
Employees who have good customer service skills are the most preferred people by employers, because they know that these are the people that will help their business succeed.  The LifeSkills customer service course is designed to help you develop these skills and prepare you for whatever career path you choose to follow. You can do it as a stand-alone course, or even better with one of our vocational or Business Enterprise courses. You can also get the chance to do some work experience to help you put what you have learnt into practice and get that vital experience on to your CV. So whether you want to work in an office, in a hotel or on a building site the Customer Service course could be you first step in preparing you for your ideal job.

      Progressions UK offers a number of Study Programmes, Traineeships and Apprenticeships from our centre in Leeds, on Belgrave Street in the city centre.
       
      You can enrol onto a Study Programme in Customer Service, Business Enterprise or Nail and Beauty, where as well as your chosen vocation you will also continue to study Maths and English and develop your employability, all vital in helping you succeed and Learn a Living.
       
      Traineeships are an ideal stepping stone onto an Apprenticeship or employment. When on a Traineeship you will attend our centre on Belgrave Street for one or two days per week to develop your Maths, English and employability as well gaining vital skills with an employer.
       
      Apprentices are employer based but may need to attend the centre for workshops and tests, depending on individual needs and circumstance.
