White Goods Engineer Trainee at British Gas

Course description

Our Traineeship is designed to prepare enthusiastic, customer focused individuals to become fully qualified members of the British Gas team. As a successful Trainee White Goods Engineer, you will carry out domestic electrical appliance repairs and maintenance in customers' homes as well as diagnosing issues and defects and taking corrective action. During your traineeship, in addition to the excellent technical training, you will have hands on field experience gained in your local area with a qualified mentor covering operational hours of work (which may include some Saturdays.)

Entry requirements

You should, as a minimum, hold an electrical or mechanical engineering qualification and relevant experience in engineering. You must hold a full driving licence with 6 points or less for use within the UK. In return, we will start you on your fantastic career journey with British Gas Electrical Services.
