Advanced Apprenticeship 

  • NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Marketing
  • Level 3 Certificate in Principles of Marketing
  • Functional Skills Maths Level 2
  • Functional Skills English Level 2
  • Employment Rights and Responsibilities

Length of course - 15 Months (Approximately)

During the Apprenticeship, you will cover areas such as:

  • Collect and organise market research data
  • Contribute to measuring the marketing response
  • Work with other people in a business environment
  • Improve own performance in a business environment
  • Contribute to conducting direct marketing campaigns
  • Use digital and social media in marketing campaigns
  • Support the coordination of an event

Who is it for?

The effective use of marketing is a key aspect and important requirement for successful business strategies and practice today, with many businesses expanding their marketing presence and subsequent departments.

You could deal with other face-to-face, or you might help them over the phone or by email. Good ‘people skills’, a friendly approach and excellent communication skills are all needed in this career!

You do not always need academic qualifications to start training for a career in Marketing. However, some employers may prefer you to have a good standard of general education such as GCSE’s, including English, Maths and ICT.

Entry requirements

You do not always need academic qualifications to start a career in Marketing. However, some employers may prefer you to have a good standard of general Education such as GCSEs, including English and Maths.

You must also be employed in a Marketing role for at least 30 hours per week.

Aged 19-23
Fully funded for employers with less than 1000 employees. For employers with 1000+ employees, please contact us for further details.

Aged 24 and over
Total People require employers to make a contribution towards the cost for all learners aged 24 years and over, embarking on an Apprenticeship.

Future opportunities

Learners that have previously completed this qualification have gone onto careers in various industries such as PR and Marketing.

You may also wish to complete further Apprenticeship programmes including Management, Social Media or level 4 Interactive Design & Development.
