Advanced Level Apprenticeship in Hospitality Supervision and Leadership at HTP Training
Apprentices who are undertaking the Hospitality and Supervision Advanced Apprenticeship must have at least nine months experience of working in the hospitality industry or completion of a level 2 Apprenticeship in Hospitality and Catering.
Advanced apprentices can work across all employment sectors in roles such as Unit Manager, Head of Reception, Front of House Manager or Regional Supervisor. Tasks undertaken by Advanced Apprentices may include managing catering staff, producing reports and deputising for other Managers, recruitment and training of staff.
Advanced apprentices may be able to progress in their careers to roles including assistant general manger, regional manager or owner of a business. Advanced apprentices, with support and opportunities in the workplace, can progress into higher education to undertake a foundation degree in hospitality management, International Tourism, Hospitality Management or a level 4/5 management NVQS.
