Hospitality and Catering - Advanced Apprenticeship Level 3 (EAOP) at Tameside College

Course description

You will be working as part of the Food Preparation team, preparing and cooking a wide range of food to include game, fish, meat and poultry; vegetables, hot and cold desserts, cold starters, salads and pastries. You will be working in a safe, hygienic and secure manner. Apprentices will need to purchase a chef uniform and knife kit. Tameside College will deliver a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Kitchen Services & Professional Cookery via work based learning and attendance at college on a weekly day release along with relevant Key Skills and Technical Certificate. The minimum duration of the apprenticeship will be 18 months and full training will be provided by the employer.
 

Entry requirements

GCSE grades Maths & English A*-C  or equivalent.
