Course description

BTEC Level 3 National Foundation Diploma in Music is equivalent to 1.5 A Levels. The
course involves 6 units of which 4 are mandatory and 2 are coursework. Studied over 1 year this qualification supports progression to an apprenticeship in the music sector, or to a BTEC National Extended Diploma.

Entry requirements

Merit or higher in BTEC Music or Grade C  or above in GCSE Music. An ability to play a musical instrument and also have Music  technology and composition skills.
