Apprenticeship in Customer Service at Nova Training - Wolverhampton

Course description

This course aims to develop knowledge and understanding of the principles and practices of effective customer service. It will help develop the practical skills required to support the business environment and enable participants to understand how its delivery and legislation affects customer expectations.

Course content

This Apprenticeship is designed for those who have frequent direct contact with a range of customers face to face and / or on the telephone. Level 3 is aimed at supervisors or managers to develop processes that support effective customer service within a team.

How will it be delivered?

You will be assigned a dedicated assessor from our team of industry specialists who will visit you at work every 4-6 weeks at a time to suit you and your employer. They will become your support and guidance throughout your course. Your NVQ will include various voice recorded assessments such as observations and guided discussions. This qualification takes a minimum of 12 months to achieve.
