Customer Service Level 2 Apprenticeship at Havering College of Further and Higher Education
You will work towards your level 2 NVQ and Technical Certificate in Customer Service. Together they provide an excellent foundation for your future career and will help to broaden your understanding of the industry.
You will also cover units based on the following topics:
- Employment Responsibilities and Rights
- Personal Learning and Thinking Skills
If you have not yet achieved a grade C (or above) in GCSE English and maths, you will be required to attend GCSE resit sessions (if you achieved grade D) or functional skills sessions (if you achieved grade E or below).
- At least 5 GCSE’s at grade C or above (including English and maths)
- Must have an employer who is prepared to take you on as an apprentice

You will be assessed via workbooks, external exams and the building of a portfolio of evidence.
Successful completion of the level 2 apprenticeship can lead to improved job opportunities. Not only will you have the knowledge of your subject, you will also have industry experience.
