Food Technology A-Level at Chenderit School
Food Technology provides the opportunity to study food in a range of contexts. To find out why ingredients react in the way they do by examining their structure and properties. To discover the facts behind topical issues like GM foods and rising obesity. It also examines processes and additives used in the manufacture of food as well as nutrition and dietary health issues.
