Assessment of competence requiring a combination of performance evidence and knowledge evidence gathered over time using a variety of methods.

In this course you will learn a broad range of administrative skills and procedures. The main qualification is the Diploma in Business Administration Level 2, which involves building a portfolio of evidence from work based evidence, assignments and external exams. Functional skills are delivered through online, BKSB resources and assessed by external exams. The Diploma in Business Administration involves many different areas of administration and the units you will cover will depend upon your job description.
