This qualification is designed for candidates who are working in a food manufacturing or supply chain environment.This qualification offers candidates the opportunity to develop skills and knowledge to establish competency within their work place.

The purpose of this qualification is to enable you to demonstrate, through work based assessments, how well you carry out daily work activities and your knowledge of food manufacturing procedures and related topics.

The course covers: • Working with others • Tools and techniques • Achieving food manufacturing excellence knowledge.

Entry requirements

You will need Level 1 Literacy, Numeracy and ICT skills to undertake this course, but there are no formal entry requirements.


This course is portfolio based which includes knowledge and competence based evidence.
