Course description

This course is designed to further develop skills and knowledge to enable you to work to an advanced level in Plastering and the Level 3 Diploma is intended as a progression route from the Level 2 Diploma.

Health, Safety and Welfare in Construction Principles of Organising, Planning and Pricing Construction Work Applying Plastering Materials to Detailed Exteriors Applying Plastering Materials to Detailed Interiors

Entry requirements

To gain entry to this course you should possess Level 2 in Plastering or associated trade. Also subject to a successful interview. "If you do not have a Grade A to C in English and/or Maths, you will be required to continue studying these subjects as part of your Study Programme."

Assessment

Coursework, practical and written examinations and a multiple-choice online exam.

Future opportunities

This can lead to further study with the HNC in Building Studies or NVQ Level 2 or 3 if employment is gained with a Plastering company.
