Course description

The skills that you will develop on this course will assist you to move into a job in an office environment. This qualification introduces administrative practices and gives students a full breadth of essential knowledge, understanding and skills needed by a new employee in an administrative role.

Entry requirements

Four GCSEs grade E or above and basic literacy and numeracy skills

If you are under 19 on 31/08/2016, tuition is free. If you are 19 or over please consult Client Services for advice and guidance on funding and eligibility.

Future opportunities

Obtaining a pass in this course will mean that you can move on to the Business Level 2 BTEC Diploma, or employment at a junior level.
