Intermediate Apprenticeship Level 2 – Certificate in Contact CentreOperations (NVQ) at Intec Business College

Course description

To achieve the Level 2 Certificate the candidate will need to complete units to
gain a minimum of 28 credits. The credit total is made up from:
- 6 credits must be completed from mandatory units from Group A
- Minimum of 12 credits from Group B and 10 credits from any remaining units
from Group B or C
- Technical Certificate – Level 2 Certificate in Contact Centre Operations
Plus Functional Skills Mathematics Level 1 and English Level 1
