Business Administration Apprenticeship *Fees Payable* at Martec Training
Administration is the key to making any organisation, regardless of size, run smoothly and efficiently. You will learn how to work and communicate in a business envrionment, use IT Software, research, store, retrieve and store information, develop a good telephone manner and reception service, learn how to deal with enquiries, use office equipment for faxing, sending emails, photocopying etc.This qualification is very flexible in its structure, enabling the organisation and individual to choose the optional units which best suit their work situation and job role.Like all work based training, the qualification is competence based. This means that it is linked to your ability to perform a range of tasks connected with your work. You will plan a programme of development and assessment with an assessor and compile a portfolio of evidence to prove your competence and knowledge.
Ideally grade C or above in GCSE English, Maths and ICT or Level One Literacy and Numeracy. A basic skills assessment will take place when you come into Martec training.
Progression onto an Advanced Apprenticeship is possible after completion depending on individual ability.
