Customer Service (Level 2) Online Learning at Brooklands College
This course is for 16 - 18 year olds who are unable to attend school or college but who want to continue learning and gain a qualification.
This course provides an overview of the customer service industry, introducing you to policies, procedures and key legislation. You will gain solid skills in good communication, as well as learn how to identify good customer service and work effectively in a team.
All units are mandatory:
• Unit one: Understanding the organisation
• Unit two: Prepare to deliver excellent customer service
• Unit three: Communication in the customer service role
• Unit four: Understanding customers
Guided Learning Hours - 150 hours
