Course description

Graduates of Customer Services Apprenticeships have gone to pursue careers in Customer Service/Liaison, Relationship Management covering all levels from Trainee and Assistants to Co-ordinators.

Course content

A Customer Services Apprenticeship will enable you to enhance your people skills, learn to communicate in different ways according to customer needs. You’ll be expected to demonstrate reliability and learn how to approach problems and find solutions.

Entry requirements

There are generally no entry requirements for the Customer Service apprenticeship; however, employers may sometimes impose their own in line with their recruitment process. All applicants will complete initial assessments to ensure they are placed at the right level of the Apprenticeship
